How do I record an ICT service?
The service is what the provider actually delivers. Its type is a primary key in the filing, so it has to be one of the nineteen the authority defines.

Open ICT Services and choose Add service.

Pick the provider and give the service a name your colleagues would recognise.

Choose the Service type.
You should see: Nineteen options, labelled in the authority's own words - Cloud services: IaaS, ICT Development, Telecom carrier, and so on.
This is not a free choice of category. It is the value that goes into the filing, so pick the one that describes what is delivered rather than what it is called internally.
Worth knowing
There is no 'other'. The authority's list has nineteen types and does not include one, so offering it would only mean discovering months later that those rows cannot be filed.
If a service you created before July 2026 shows a note saying its old type could not be mapped, choose the type that matches. The old value was kept rather than guessed, because picking one for you would put a judgement nobody made into your submission.
