How do I generate the submission package?

Producing the xBRL-CSV package the authority accepts, and what the product refuses to do on your behalf.

  1. 1

    Open Register, then Submission.

  2. 2

Enter the cycle label and the reporting reference date the authority requires.

The reference date is the date the register describes, not the date you are filing. They are usually months apart.

  3. 3

    Choose Generate package.

You should see: Either a package with its name, size and SHA-256, or a clear reason it was refused.

  4. 4

Download the .zip and file it through your authority's own channel.

Treica does not submit on your behalf. Nothing here talks to an authority's portal, and the filing remains an act you perform.

Worth knowing

Generation runs validation first and refuses while any error is open. The gate reads the register as it is at that moment, never an earlier run.

If the package says a generic file name was used, it means your authority's own naming convention is not on file with us. Check what they require before filing - a rejection for a filename is the most avoidable one there is.

Record the filing afterwards, with the channel and any receipt reference. That is what turns 'we generated a package' into 'we filed on this date through this channel'.
