What the register must contain in Luxembourg

DORA is a regulation, not a directive, so the Register of Information is the same document in every member state. All 15 reporting tables and all 120 columns of the official EBA dictionary (module 1.1.0, in force from 2025-03-31) apply to a firm in Luxembourg exactly as they apply to one in Germany or Ireland.
